I engaged National Floors Direct to replace the flooring in my daughter's kitchen and dining room. I had the estimate on Monday and the floor was installed on my choice of days, which was Thursday, so almost no wait.They were very competitive in their pricing and the flooring was installed, including the rip-out and clean-up, within four hours of the crews' arrival (which was early!). I needed an old carpet replaced in the master bedroom as quickly as possible. National Floors Direct was able to install just two days after I met the sales person. Very professional and I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
National Floors Direct was fantastic to deal with!! The rep who came out was great offered a number of choices to fit our needs. The timing of install was especially great only a few day which is what we needed!!The installers communicated really well on timing, the guy said they would arrive @ 4:10 and that is exactly when they were there. They came out any did a very thorough estimate, with samples, and lots of detail and knowledge about the flooring. We had 3 quotes done and National Floors Direct gave the best price. From the beginning on contacting to installation NFD work really smooth for us. Sales rep present us with floors samples, we picked them then set installation date. Just to let you know they accept only cashiers check or money order. But all for the safety of the transaction.
