We decided to carpet our new Den. We reached out to National Floors Direct and a visit to our home was immediately scheduled. Our salesman was professional, informative and knowledgeable. Installation was scheduled very quickly. The installation team were skilled and did a beautiful job. The product is a great quality. The entire process was seamless. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, but even if I didn’t, I would highly recommend National Floors Direct for any flooring project.

From start to finish our experience was great! I put my information in the website for a quote and within 10 minutes got a phone call. The woman got someone to my house the next day and accommodated my work schedule. The man that came was patient and professional. He had good knowledge of the products and explained the process from start to finish. My experience with National Floors Direct was positive from the moment the salesman entered my home. He was pleasant and helpful with advice on what product to choose. With installlation I was also impressed. The installers were prompt. They worked and finished the floor in a short time. They were neat and picked up very well. I would highly recommend national floors direct. The man who came out showed us dozens of carpet samples and we found one we loved .we bought the carpet the same day and the installers were on time and did an amazing job! Thank you

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I interviewed two other companies, and although they were about $500.00 cheaper I went with NFD. The quality of their product was much better. I need to replace carpet in our finished basement, in my office and in our walk-in closet. They removed and installed everything within one day! We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. We called for an estimate for carpet installation on our stairway and they were available within the next day. The sales associate we had was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation itself was incredibly prompt and they were under all of the other estimates we secured. We would use National Floors Direct again for another carpet installation in a heartbeat. Also, I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
