Mike showed up on time and was very professional. He showed us all the samples in person and they were large enough to get a sense of which floor would look best in our room. Then he used a software on his iPad to show us how the one we chose would look in the room we wanted it in which solidified our decision. Booking an in house consultation was as easy as can be. The rep that came to my house was amazing and so very helpful he gave his input and suggestions which guided my carpet choice which I love.
