The in-home shopping was easy and convenient. Wes, the salesman, was polite, helpful and friendly. Installation was done within the same week as the purchase. I felt that the price was fair. The installers gave me an idea of how long the install would take when they arrived so that I could get some other things done while they were there. NFD was amazing!!! I called for someone to come to my house with samples-they came on time and with multiple samples. The salesman was very knowledgeable on all products and did not rush my decision. He also got me discounts. Then I gave them a day that I wanted the install. They called that morning to let me know the time frame. They came during that time frame and even called me when they were 30 from coming to my house so I could be ready. The installers were amazing too. Neat-clean-careful.
