Initial contact with the salesman was great and it went downhill from there. The installation was poor, the salesman did not return my calls and texts and **************** refused to come out and assess the complaint from the pictures I sent them.

The first two installers came and ************* down in living room and kitchen, and did a great job. They said they'd be back next day to finish. Two different installers showed up to complete flooring. They did not speak, read or write any English. Very stressful with the communication translating through our cell phones. They did a poor job. March 29, 2023 I had an appointment with NFD sales rep. A date for installation was set in my family room and kitchen. I thought this would be an easy job. Boy, was I wrong!!!!! It was cancellation after cancellation. 1st.. cancellation 04-17-23. 2nd. 05-30-23. 3rd. 06-02-23. Finally, carpet was installed on 07-08-23. I spoke with a gentleman, name , ****. Absolute snakes. Told us they could put flooring down. Upsold us to LVP. Told us the floor was level enough and any inconsistancy could be fixed. They sent out 4 separate crews and none of them could do the job. The only option we were left with from them was to rip up an entire concrete slab and replace it. That would cost more than the entire amount we paid for florring that we now can't use. They have refused to work with us. This company violated their contract with me. They changed their mind and decided I needed to pay in full before installation when contract specifically stated COD. The same person answered every different department line. When I requested to speak to a manager no one ever called me back. *********** disappeared and they kept my deposit. I decided not to go forward with the project.

So much pressure. The sales guy literally wouldn't leave my house. For 2.5hrs he pressured me to make a decision right then and there even tho I told him repeatedly that we would not be making a decision that day. It was very obnoxious and felt very intrusive to have someone in my house for so long when he had clearly overstayed his welcome. Also somehow dropped from $44,000 to $19,500 which shows they overcharge significantly. Also spent a lot of time showing me copies of competitors bad reviews online. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! The salesmen are pushy and complained about how far the drive was. He made things awkward and refused to leave until I signed a contract. Once I did that, now the floor is not available, they made me choose within ***************************************************************************** cancel my order. Over $2800 lost to this scam!!!! They want to give me a chop job like a child installed my floor and when I said I have another company I am using, they got upset with me. I had carpeting installed in 3 rooms in my home May 2022.ive noticed that the carpet is bulking in areas on the floor.the man that did the install I was concerned bc he was doing it alone.normally Ive always seen carpeting installed with minimum two persons.he said he knew what he was doing and he knows how to install carpeting and has been doing it for years.well he obviously didn't install it correctly bc I wouldn't be calling the store and complaining about my issue with the install.I was told the warranty was only 90 day... read more

omg get on with it already! They have all my money for the job. they freaked me out about HOA approval, which it turned out I didn't need - like I THOUGHT, and the window for service is FIVE hours. (what???) And THEN they call me like four times a day for whatever reason even though I asked that they contact me by email or text. WE ARE NOT MARRIED - why do I need to speak to you three or four times in a day???
