My experience with NFD exceeded my expectations. I was going to go with Empire The price was great, but after meeting with a sales rep from NFD very informative he came prepared brought samples with brands of something empire did not have where carpet was made and brand of carpet. They were more expensive, but they price matched empire and they were very flexible with scheduling. The installation was done in less than 3 hours for a large lofts area. The carpet looks amazing very satisfied. Will use again soon
The process was easy from start to finish. Our sales rep Christina was informative and lead us in the right direction for flooring that was right for us. She also had tons of samples which helped us make a decision. Installation was on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and was done in just a few hours. They cleaned up fully and the carpet looks great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for flooring! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

From start to finish this was a professional outfit. Everyone was prompt, polite, and professional. The install was on time and finished on time. The floors are beautiful and the workers left no trace. I would recommend them without reservation. It's the only part of our project that was done quickly and efficiently. We received great customer service; they followed up with calls after the sale and prior to the install dates. The installers moved some of the furniture in and out of the rooms without hesitation! We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The saleswoman came out and discussed all the different carpets with us and informed us of each carpet’s best qualities. After giving us ample time to make our choice, she worked around our vacation for an installation date. Once the installer came, he worked tirelessly for HOURS to get the job done.
