My experience with National Flooring Direct for the installation of hardwood flooring in two rooms of my home was excellent. I was offered a gift card for posting me honest review but would have gladly done so without compensation. The installers arrived early in the "4 hour window" and worked hard all day. They worked for almost 10 hours and I was in my home the whole time and never saw (or heard) them take a lunch break all day long. I was quite pleased and happy with my recent NFD order and installation. NFD kept me abreast from calling the day after the order was placed (to confirm everything) to calling 5 days in advance to inform and confirm the installation date. I was contacted as promised the morning of the installation providing me with the time I was to expect the installers. We had a great experience with National floors direct! The sales rep, Robert Carlson, was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable and made the selection process easy. The installation team with Mr. Santana worked unbelievable hard. Their work was perfect and they took great care cleaning up and making sure everything was to our liking. We cannot say enough about that team.
Everyone I have dealt with from National Floors Direct has been wonderful. And I don't say that about everyone. I am very honest, and my honest opinion is, they have GREAT customer service! Floors Direct by far exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. During the consult, Neil Schulman was very through in explaining all of my flooring options, preparation requirements, and payment plans. He took the time to find the sample of the floor I had orginally been drawn to. He was also very sweet to my dog (which honestly is always the most important thing to me). I would recommend NFD to anyone. They were so quick to reply about our estimate. Within 2 weeks, we had new carpet on our stairs and we are extremely happy with the results. The sales associate was helpful in getting us the right carpet we were looking for. The installation was quick and easy and they cleaned up afterwards. Everything was so easy and getting a gift card to share this is very easy and so appreciative of their customers.
