After seen on the ** commercial, I called Nation floor direct customer service for My living room and dinner room Vinyl floor Installing.I very happy with National Floor Direct professional customer service staffs and good communication and helpful. Also Installers are very skillful and start to finish on time. The price for my 2 rooms project is within our budget. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with both the salesperson and the install team. They were prompt and came early. The floors look great! The install team were lightning fast and did a great job. They cleaned up after the install. I was able to do a quick inspection and they fixed a couple of trim related issues. Very happy with the results. Great communication as the company called before the installation to ensure a smooth experience. They also followed up to ensure we were happy with the results.

The person that came to provide the quote arrived earlier than the time that was provided by the national scheduler. This was okay because I was close to home and he was very nice and thorough. For hardwood, the wait time is 2 weeks for installation. I absolutely love my new office floor. The installers were nice and respectful. They cleaned the area completely and I will definitely use National Floors Direct in the future!

We used National Floors Direct for two rooms in our house: a bedroom and a living room. We chose carpet for the bedroom and LVP for the living room. ***************** was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to work with our timeline and budget. He arrived the day after the initial call for our estimate and the floors were installed two days later. I would definitely recommend using this company to my friends and family.

National Floors Direct was amazing from start to finish! The salesperson was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, clearly believing in both the products and the installation service. Their pricing was very competitive, and the end result is absolutely fantastic. The installation crew was equally impressive. Two professional and courteous workers completed the job in under 8 hours, all while going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. I couldn't be happier!

The price was right and the service was great. It was the cheapest quote that we received. The installer did a great job, particularly in a very tricky radiator corner. The crew was extremely courteous and clean. They made sure to check in to make sure we were happy throughout the install. I would definitely hire the company again.

My experience with National Floors Direct was a great encounter. All the representatives from the sales person, to the customer service representatives who helped me complete my financing to the installation crew were all very helpful! The sales person who came to my home was very knowledgeable and patient while I made my selection. He was also determined to help me get the best deal possible. I had a very favorable experience with NFD. Scheduling a consultation was very easy and the representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to offer helpful advice that ended up helping with my selection. The next day installation was also very convenient, and the installers worked quickly to complete my install in one day. Another great thing about NFD is their customer service who can be reached seven days a week. I would recommend NFD to others.
