We are very pleased with the choice, quality and installation of the new carpet in our bedroom, hallway and closets. The salesperson was patient and the final price arrived at was very competitive. Arranging financing was a snap and in less than three weeks our carpet was delivered and installed. The color and texture add a nice accent to the room. It feels very plush underfoot and vacuums up nicely.

We had a great experience with National Floors . The salesman as extremely informative and made the whole event of getting new carpet quick and painless. It only took a week to come out and install it. The installers were in and out within a hour. We definitely will be using them again.

Nat'l Floors Direct contacted me almost immediately after I reached out to them. The salesperson was informative, and accommodating when helping me decide what to choose from their many options. I had a great experience from the start of calling National Floors Direct. The customer service department , salesman and installers are all so knowledgeable of the product and the company. The salesman helped me select a floor and color that would blend with my other rooms. I could not have the floor installed until other renovations were completed ( my choice) . Value for money. Professional. Efficient. We had a new carpet installed by National Floors Direct. I was happy with the service, it was a positive experience.Value for Money and great service. I recommend National Floors Direct. Not only we got a good price for the carpet, but the installation was also great. The staff were professional and efficient they installed the carpet in a short time and cleaned up/vacuumed afterwards. They were respective of the property and I look forward to working with them in the future.

We had a great experience here with them. We were able to get someone to quote us within a day of reaching out. They only showed me the wood flooring and colors that I liked. Once picked they gave us a great price and was able to get us scheduled for that same week! Install was easy and quick and the floor looks great!
