National Floors Direct completed entire second floor with flooring. This included removal of the carpet, including three bedrooms, 25 foot hallway and added New carpeting to the stairs descending to the first floor All new molding was also applied. They were crew were organized and efficient. Their attention to detail and method for removing existing carpeting was timely and remarkable. My positive experience with NFD began with the salesman who provided me with an estimate. He was positive and considerate in what I wanted and how much I was able to spend. Ordered carpeting from National Floors Direct, one of the best experiences I have had with a service company in a very long time. Received call from Chris informing us that he would be to our house in 30 minutes, he arrived in 25 minutes. I appreciate the promptness! Chris came in to see what furniture needed to be moved and got to work on it. Nothing was dragged across the floor everything was picked up to move it. Amazing company to have work with. Came out and matched our carpet in minutes. Came out a week later and got done in less then two hours. Came out better than expected and feels great. Would highly recommend for someone who’s looking to get your carpet replaced but scared about the price. The price was amazing considering they move the heavy furniture and remove and replace the carpet. 10/10
