National Floors Direct is an easy company to work with. You make a call or send an email. A day or two later you have a professional representative at your door. They bring the samples and explain the process. It is very easy. Not to mention affordable. The crew that installs always walk you through the process, ask questions if necessary. They are always competent, always clean up, and show off the final project. Definitely, a company I would use again on my next flooring project. Project #MA *****.

i found this company on a local commercial and it **** my attention . we were looking into getting our home some new flooring from our carpets, when we got our estimate we felt it was great for our budget and loved the design. the installers were great and professional.

his marks my second floor service from National floors Direct. This time I had one guest room and our primary bedroom redone in Laminate. I booked my free estimate on line then received a call soon after to confirm the date and go over some brief details. After the visit from the rep it was just a matter of booking the date. To start, the in-home sales consultant was very knowledgeable and comfortable to ask questions to. Then, the corporate sales team followed up to confirm the delivery date and time. I called to make an appointment, and after speaking to the representative, I was able to get one for the following day. The salesman was very professional, helping us pick out a style and color. The installers were punctual, clean and courteous. The kept the work area, and the rest of the house, clean at all times. Upon completion, they walked us through their work to ensure we were completely satisfied. We love the work and the new look.
