We recently used national Floors Direct to install a new carpet in our Master Bedroom. The process could not have been easier! From scheduling the appt online- to the rep coming to our home with all the samples. The rep was knowledgeable and friendly- and we chose our date and time of installation.The installers were on time and very efficient. Could not be happier! Highly recommend!

We highly recommend National Floors Direct and our installation team, led by ******. Their professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy were outstanding. The team worked diligently to complete the job in just one day. They used Mohawk Premium Laminate, which looks stunning. The work was flawlessly executed, and the job site was left immaculate. Our experience with National Floors Direct was absolutely perfect. We had read a few negative reviews online so weren't entirely confident in our decision, but the price was right and we are a young couple newly married so money was our #1 priority. We did a bunch of price shopping and National Floors Direct beat our lowest price by 15% as stated in their ads - we were thrilled! This order was an emergency for us. My husband had a serious surgery and we needed to make sure that the room was as close to germ free as possible. So I called Floors Direct. Two days later the guys showed up at 7:30 and were out of here around 8:30. We were so impressed with them. They were very efficient. The carpet looks great. We are very happy!

I recently had National Floors Direct remove the carpet from my entire home and replace it with Vinyl Plank flooring. It was done expertly in one day (even though I was told it would take two). I am extremely happy with the results. It looks beautiful and so easy to take care of. Love It.

Very pleased with the installation, crew installed quickly and cleaned up after the job was done, carpets came out great. Very pleased with the quality of the carpet and it's much better than what we had before. Would definitely going back to them for other flooring needs in the future.

I was very skeptical upon deciding on National Floors Direct but after I met the initial representative who visited my home and all of my skepticism just went out the door. He was so helpful and patient. He was open and very knowledgeable. On the day of the installation, the installers were prompt, super courteous, and very professional. In conclusion, the carpet looked great! It was just what I expected and after several inspections from my children, they are in agreement! We had really old carpeting and needed an update. We are so pleased with our team, from ***** who met with us, to the installation team. When ***** met with us, he was honest with us and did not disappoint. When our new floors were installed, it took one day for 5 rooms, 7 closets and a hallway. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. We recommend our team to anyone who desires the best floors.
