The installers were on time and began work immediately. They cleared the rooms by removing furniture and began to tear up old carpet and padding. The disposed of said carpet and padding. Installed the new carpeting with precision and paid *************************. They answered all my questions and attended to every detail. The cleaned up and placed furniture back in place. Great job.

I had a great experience I made all call and setup an appointment.A rep came out and seal the deal with a wonderful offer. I had two rooms done at an amazing price rate. The contractor showed up and paid rep and they laid the carpet and cleaned up both rooms.I am very please and thanks for all you have done for others.I will refer my family and friends.

I contacted National Floors Direct to help me get my father-laws carpets removed. He has dementia and his home was a mess. They worked with me to schedule a time for pricing, selection and installation. The gentleman who arrived to measure and show me samples was kind, understanding and took his time to get every detail taken care of and priced out. It was very easy to schedule a free estimate for our job simply by calling ***'s toll free number. The *** sales person arrived on-time as scheduled and was extremely courteous and helpful. The *** sales person was very patient in terms of showing us all carpeting options available. He worked hard with his management team via phone during the meeting to get us the price we were willing to pay which was almost 20% lower than the competition. From the sale process to the installation, everything was smooth. We were provided with a variety of choices for our tile and carpet. We scheduled the service for 2 weeks out and they completed everything in 1 day. The installers were professional and very polite during the installation too. Customer service followed up with us the same day after installation to ask us how everything went. We love our new tile and carpet! Thank you, National Floors Direct!

We were satisfied with National Floors Direct. I was disappointed they did not honor the pricing that they advertise on TV, but the price they offered was comparable to other companies who gave us a quote. It's like buying a car, there's negotiations, and I don't like that aspect of things.
