Ordered carpeting from National Floors Direct, one of the best experiences I have had with a service company in a very long time. Received call from Chris informing us that he would be to our house in 30 minutes, he arrived in 25 minutes. I appreciate the promptness! Chris came in to see what furniture needed to be moved and got to work on it. Nothing was dragged across the floor everything was picked up to move it. I had to reschedule my appointment with national floor direct and they said no problem and reschedule. The installer was very nice and respectful. The installer showed up when they said they would and they were on time. The installer did a very nice job for my wife and I.
