I was extremely happy with the entire process. The representative explained the entire process, the materials to be used and the time frame it would take. They allowed me to pick my installation day according to when I would have funds available. The installers were excellent, arrived on time, did the job and explained the process along the way as well as cleaned up before, during and after. I am very please and would recommend NFD to anyone and everyone!!

Ordered the Mohawk Solid Tech Rustic Taupe LVP! The sales agent was very friendly and thorough. They were also flexible with the installation date. Before the installation, I had found a different provider that offered installation of identical floors. When I submitted the fee estimate, I was able to get a partial reduction on the price. I highly recommend them they are an easy company to work with and have an amazing deal on installing our new living room floors. The crew that came in and installed were very friendly it was a father and son and they were very respectful and courteous. They worked quickly and cleaned up their mess.
The service is really good and the schedules are very competitive. Prices are national average and can compete with any of the other big name floor installing companies. The subcontractor doing the install are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They went above and beyond to finish the project in one day. Everything got cleaned before leaving and furniture got put back were it was. All in all a very good experience and we would do it again. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I set up in home estimate online and received a call in no time to set up at my convenience. Estimator arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable. Agreed to price and set up install date right on the spot. Crew arrived and confirmed product and rooms to be carpeted. Crew was professional and cleaned dup all working areas before leaving. Everything that was told to me that was going to happen did smoothly. Would contact again for carpet needs.
