This company is a joke and I wish I did more research on them before I paid $23,000 up front to them. I was given no type of time break down or when installers would be coming. The installers had no knowledge upon starting my tile installation that they were to rip up the old floor as they were about to go over the old tiles. When I called earlier a woman answered the phone after 3 calls in and finally greeted me but was standoffish when I had questions but I disregarded her dismissiveness. The *** SALES MAN CAME EARLIER THEN OUR APPOINTMENT, WE WERE NOT HOME, BUT HE CAME BACK AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME.HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY.AFTER MEASUREMENT OF THE ROOM, HE GAVE ME ESTIMATES 2K TO 3K HIGHER THAN A LOCAL FLOORING *** TOLD HIM I WAS GETTING 3 QUOTES. BUT HE KEPT PUSHING ME FOR A COMMITMENT. TOLD HIM AGAIN IM GETTING 3 QUOTES! HE SAID HE COULD MAKE A PHONE CALL FOR BETTER PRICING. TOLD HIM AGAIN I AM GETTING QUOTES. FINALLY I ASKED FOR A COPY OF HIS QUOTE, HE SAID HE WOULD EMAIL IT TO ME. HE NEVER DID!
They removed my old flooring in a closet, and then told me that that closet was not on the map that I paid for! Plus they were out of laminate. So they left me with no flooring in a closet. If it wasnt on the map they should not ever remove my flooring. And they want me to pay for their mistake.
I purchased a carpet. The sales experience was pleasant, and the price was fair. However, when the installation date came, I was prompted from the start with "We do not move furniture" mind you the contract states that they do, and it gives you pictures of what to remove and what you can leave. Right after came a phone call from the installer's manager asking for the *** check and in a forceful tone. I responded that I was not going to give the *** check to anyone since they were not going to move the furniture. Nevertheless... read more
Work they did was sub quality. The installers came 4 hr before the email stated. They sent 2 non English speaking. We couldn't even communicate with them. The trim they installed had numerous marks an imperfections. Wasn't anything we could do it was already installed. Would not hire this company again.p

Never again! This is why black owned businesses have a bad name. I encourage people to print out there original contract bcuz it will expire. This gives them time to alter it. You have to request a new link to view the contract. I was explained what I wanted the salesman repeated what I said but when the workers show up, thats not in the contract. Very bad experience with local installation companies. Flooring and carpeting. Showing up hours after the scheduled arrival by noon and in my home up to nine pm. Their service support has same answer they are on their way. Sales team is unresponsive. After many hours installation was only OK. Product was fine. Beware of their independent suppliers and installers
