National Floors Direct does nothing but scam people. I reached out to NFD for a new laminate flooring. The Sales Rep came to my house & measured the floor. I agreed to their installation of the floor. When the installer arrived, 2 hours later than time window, he asked if my floor was level. I explained to my knowledge it was. I dont even know where to begin. Buying a home is stressful enough but when you buy a home and invest your hard earned money on a business that made you feel disrespected and robbed of that money its not ok. Beware of this company. Poor customer service, with predatory practices practices with this company. Do not waste the energy to entertain their services. Very bad company to do service with.
Cannot recommend this company.While the flooring I chose is lovely, the issues I have are with lack of communication (in particular not knowing the time the install would happen until the day of install.) The day of the install, the crew was late, I understand things happen but to tell me you'll arrive by 10:00 and then not show up until 12:00? Post install I am still finding nails all over the place. When financing, this company FULLY charges you for your order, despite not being installed. They have completed one installation, after a reschedule. The carpet for the stairs has been rescheduled now 3 times, each time with a different excuse. They refuse to cancel my order.I would never recommend this company on the single reason that they charge you fully before the install and give you no recourse. Poor customer service and a shady operation.

National Floors Direct in my oppion is a very shady company and they threatened to not let the installers install the floor unless I signed a change of work order when they arrived to install the floors. I felt like I was being blackmailed into signing because of the time line for completion. Why is this business still in existence.
I had a floor installed by National Floors Direct 1.5 years later it is cupping and pulling up in places I spent $7623.36 and now the floor is junk. I contacted National Floors direct and the manufacturer **** flooring and told me the could do nothing for me. The floor is supposed to have a 15 year warranty.
