I would never do business with this company again!!!If I could give no stars I would. My experience with National Floors Direct was the worst purchasing experience Ive ever had. The rep that came to my home pressured me into signing a handwritten piece of paper waving my right to cancel, then when I tried to contact him he couldnt be reached. We had a salesman ***** S come to our home to give us a quote on hardwood floors. He said it would take one day to install. It took 2 days-first day they arrived after 9am and left after 8pm. They told me theyd be back at 9am the next morning to finish the stairs. They didnt get there until after 11am and were there again until 8pm.I am a mother with 4 young children and at 8pm when they had me look at the work, I was in a bind because customer service was closed, I was not happy, and the men wanted me to sign their slip. Decided to do my floors shopped around saw the reviews and requested a quote. Was given an offer that was too good to be true (****) the sales guy was a bit pushy , and his sales tactic was questionable. I decided to hold off as I was skeptical. National floors direct are not what thy claim to be . Thy put false ads on tv . As a former customer in the past . I was so disappointed with them this time . The sales guy came to my house . And showed me some samples . After I picked out some floors I liked . The price was very high compared to the ad on tv . For a very small bath room and a kitchen floors . I would not do business with this company again. The salesman was not up front that this is a cash business and I felt uncomfortable about my purchase. Things worked out okay but it was very stressful. I had asked for a morning appointment and was given an afternoon and they would not change the time frame. I wasn't sure about the installers although they did a nice job. The carpet is still new so I hope it does not start falling apart and then I would have to deal with this company again.

A sales representative of National Floors Direct came to my home to sell me a wood floor. High pressure tactics were used in getting me to agree to having a floor installed. I provided a $500.00 deposit that was deposited the same day. When the flooring arrive, the color did not match by many shades and did not have the same quality of the sample we saw. **************** is AWFUL and DISRESPECTFUL. It's all ego, instead of solving the issues. The sales person that came to our house was actually lovely and we felt very comfortable. BUT our contract calculated the balance after deposit and I was sent two follow up e-mails with the price and it was very clear that we must have a cashier's check or cash (not a personal check) for that exact price when the installer came. This company is a scam and DO NOT USE!!! They ask for all this money, but do a horrible job and have POOR ***************** They are disrespectful to the customer and their 3rd Party Installer. The did not provide the right material, so we ask for what we paid for. They stated no they will not supply the material. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Terrible company to do business with lied every step of the way, from sales to install to pricing. Please beware of cash only companies as that is the reason they get away from their way of doing business.
