I purchased vinyl flooring for my kitchen. When I purchased it, I was told I had a 25 year warranty for any damage and that the product was of superior quality. Turns out that isn't the case. Recently I noticed a rip in one of the planks. When I called to find out how I can get it fixed, they notified me that I would have to buy a whole box of the material for $200 since the damage could have been caused by dropping something. There should be an option to rate a ZERO. Nasty company. Deceived, misled, Wanted to sell carpet off of a picture. To see actual swatch, I was asked for a deposit of $150, when I saw the carpet, it was not acceptable to me (as I feared) And was told too bad you ordered it when you put your deposit down with the contract. This company is a joke. Please be very weary of using them. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful. Called several times and each person toed the company line. I hear you but there is nothing I can do. Might as well beat your head against a wall.After you've placed your order, you will never hear back from your sales person again. Stay away from National Floors Direct. Their business practice is very shady. And the worst part about them is their customer service. I regret purchasing any carpet from them. I wish I had informed myself better and read the reviews about this horrible company. They ask for checks, cash or Bank checks because they lie, cheat and scam whatever they can get out of you. They ask you to wait 9 hrs for install instead of the 4 they tell you. They are awful to do business with. Will do anything to keep your down payments and not take responsibility for anything they do wrong.
This company is very shady. They had an advertisement on TV for $550 to do a room, however when the salesman gets here the price jumps to $2500. If you try to get information from customer service, they are extremely evasive and will not provide you with the information that you ask. And they will interrupt you and be rude. They wont provide you with any of the details and your salesman wont call you back once he closes the deal. Let me start by saying, if I could give this company zero I would!! They came to our home, installed floors in the kitchen and left ***** marks when putting the fridge back in place, they came back a second time with new flooring to fix it and again gouged our floors. They had to return a third time and you would think at this point they would figure out how to move the fridge back in place without damaging floor, but no, unbelievable as it was they gouged the floor again!! Its companies like this that shouldnt be allowed to exist- Very Shady Once the Sales rep leaves your home with a signed contract you will Never hear from again. If ZERO stars was an option I would choose that. Perfect example of bait and switch. Rep showed up for an in house estimate. Upon completing the measurements, he then proceeded to suggest a product. That was fine and we accepted his reasoning. All is well at this point. Let's get down to dollars and cents. First let me say this, there was a "promo" stating one full room for $555.00.
