We walked into the showroom not knowing exactly what we wanted and were assisted by Jason who was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We headed out with a few samples and he came out to measure the next day. Less than two weeks later installation of our new wood flooring began on two bedrooms and a stairway. The results were so amazing we immediately contracted to have two more rooms done. Frank Cruz was the installer and he was professional, reliable and did a fabulous job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process

I may have a biased opinion, but I truly believe the shopping experience offered at O'Krent's is one of a kind. Every employee here is good hearted and fun to get along with. It's simply exceptional.

Fabulous products and service! O'Krent's installed new flooring in my mother's house recently. Their customer service was phenomenal...from the sales rep to the installation crew. Each person we worked with was courteous, professional, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend O'Krent's Abbey Flooring!!

Just had a demonstration of a new carpet that doesn't stain. Not a treatment... part of the fiber. Wow... technology is amazing.

I called O'Krent's Flooring to inquire about a large custom rug pad. I was pleasantly surprised that they could have the pad ready for me on the same day. When I mentioned that I couldn't come by to pick up the pad that afternoon due to a sick toddler at home my salesperson offered to drop off the huge rug pad himself. I'm sure this was one of the smallest revenue orders of the day which made the great service all the more exceptional. They've won my future business with their great service.

We had a fantastic experience working with O'Krent's. They put in wood floor in our bedroom and carpet in our secondary bedrooms and we couldn't be happier with the quality of both. From ordering to installation they made it a painless experience. When the installer, Ronnie and his crew, noticed the color wasn't perfect on one of the transitional pieces, he took it upon himself to make it right and got a new piece ordered before we could even ask. Working with Jason, our sales associate, was fantastic. Even when we went through almost all the wood samples on the floor (twice), he was very patient and helped us select the right one for our bedroom. After purchasing an older home and updating it we found that each remodeling project had some type of issue along the way. O'Krent's really did a great job taking care of us from start to finish!
