RC Willey - BAD EXPERIENCE Been waiting around for 7 hours for a delivery. Nothing. Gave them my cell number to make sure they could get hold of me. No contact. Took the day off work to be around for this delivery, which was a couple weeks after the purchase because that's when they could get around to it. Buyer beware.
This will be the last time we purchase anything from this store based on our most recent experience. I would consider ourselves loyal customers as we have purchased appliances/home furnishings from RC Willey for over 15 years and have spent close to $40,000 at this store. The salesmen are great at their job selling and making promises. But 2 different people walked away when they found out I already had made a purchase and was just there to ask questions. Empty promises of delivery. Items lost or damages without notification. Back ordered items for a year (literally!) but found it through ****** delivered in a week. I will not purchase from RC Willey again.

Rc Willey needs to make more frequent stops to Plumas Lake, CA and put the customer delivery needs first. This will probably be my last purchase with them. Having to wait 20 days for delivery is ridiculous. Hire more drivers or buy more delivery trucks. I could have bought from O******** or W*****r and received a furniture purchase a lot sooner. Also the sales price should have been better considering that I have been buying from RC Willey for over 10 years.

I had no clue what I was getting with this furniture store. Had I known I would’ve gone elsewhere. Our sales person was nice enough. After roughly a month I called to check the status of our order and they told me that they had notified me that it would take 60 days for our bed to be delivered. 90 days later the bed finally arrives in pieces and it’s the wrong bed. I have trusted RC Willey for years and recommended them to friends and family. My recent experience has me feeling that my recommendations were not only bad but terrible. I have spent a lot of money with the company. A complete bedroom set that is flaked and lost the black color. This not only is a disappointment the product is terrible. RC Willey salesman sold me a fridge- charging me an extra $100 for an icemaker, installation, and connection. All that was listed on the receipt. After waiting around at home- missing two full work days because they didn't show up during the prescheduled time slots- I still don't have an icemaker that works. I’ve never had so much trouble getting a piece of furniture before. Waited over 2 months to get a couch and then did not get what I ordered. I was supposed to get an ottoman with the chaise cushion and I did not get it. Now I’ll probably have to wait another 2 months to get that. I will not be buying anything from RC Willy again unless it is something that is in stock.
