After going to many different dealers looking to replace a car I was upside down on to no avail. Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa was able to do what the many other places couldn’t. Great experience! Best buying experience I have had in years. When I arrived Court and Dave were great; from the snacks and water to just making the deal seamless. They were very upfront and honest about the deal they could offer. Went on a nice test ride with Dave, when we arrived back Dave and Court were willing and ready to complete the deal. They have always been friendly and outgoing to help us with whatever we needed. Service department has always treated us great and worked as quick as possible to complete the tasks. This will be the fourth generation of our family buying from them. With a total of eight Kia in the family so far.
