RecommendedPretty much a painless purchase. I would have liked to gotten more for my trade-in but agreed to their offer. I got exactly the car I wanted (Palisade Limited AWD). Minimal haggling making the deal that was mutually agreed upon, so NO reason to complain. About 2.5 hours in and out then door. Having Engine difficulty with my 2015 Jeep and luckily was close by Sport Durst. At 4pm Pulled into Service Center and was warmly greeted by Blake Middleton Service Advisor who immediately ran diagnostics, confirmed the problem! Part would need to be ordered, would not arrive til next day!!! Blake and Jason Shepard Service Lane Manager arranged for us a loaner vehicle for travel home since we lived out of town!!
