Horrible experience. The furniture is very nice, however, the delivery experience has been a nightmare. We feel like we have experienced the classic bait and switch. We purchased the furniture in store. We purchased 13 pieces of furniture the first weekend in August. We were told all pieces except 1 were in stock and would be delivered the next week. We received a dining room table and chairs first. The delivery crew arrived and advised all parts and accessories were not present and they were unable to set it up. They tried ... read more

I was scheduled for delivery between 9am - noon today and had a horrible experience with the delivery team. I had my handyman help me be in the house in the morning to sign for the furniture. He arrived promptly at 8:30. By 9:16am delivery man showed up on my ring door bell. I talked to him on my door bell and told him to come in first as I am driving at the moment, my handyman was inside the house. Door was unlocked for him at this moment. Terrible place to do business they change prices on my purchase they delivered damaged mattress promised to exchange then they gave the you cant return solution I am stuck with mattress. I reported to the finance co. And to ******** ******* credit card stay away it is a Real dump. There delivery service is terrible.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Our delivery came to our newly purchased home on the 25th of May of this year. I've been told that The Dump outsources their deliveries through a different company. While the two men that delivered our furniture were very pleasant they were clearly inexperienced. Not only did they fail to complete setting up our bedroom set they also failed to report our delivery as unfinished which created the beginning of our nightmarish experience. We purchase a sofa & a chair in Dec 2019, the back on the chair came loose in January so they sent a service guy out. He beat on the chair with a plastic hammer for about an hour, finally got it locked in place. After he left chair was sitting crooked, called again and service was scheduled,. In the meantime Covid happened, and the back came loose again. Service was going to come in May, but since the back won;t stay on and beating on it with a hammer is not good, we wanted to replace. Horrible customer service. Can't get anyone on the phone. Delivered damaged leather couch and loveseat. I should have refused both pieces at delivery and walked away. We recorded the damage and called the dump. They said they would deliver a new couch next week and send a tech to fix the other ding. Delivery never happened and they never called. Worst experience I've ever had with a furniture company. My couch started falling apart the first week we brought it home. They basically told me you get what you pay for. When you pay ***** for a couch you expect it to last longer than a week. We are now going on two years with the couch and we are ready to throw it in the trash. Customer service has been horrible and I have asked to speak to a manager several times. They offered me *** off on another piece of furniture.

We purchased a bedroom set and new mattress and adjustable base. They delivered the furniture and set it up in the bedroom. I was not able to inspect everything as they were moving stuff in so fast. Once the driver left, I started going through the nightstand and found a piece of backer board. It was all torn up. So this led me to pull the night stand away from the wall. They had taken 5 label/stickers and put them together and placed them over a saucer size hole in the back of the nightstand. This was done with the purpose ... read more
