If I could give it NO STARS I would. I purchased a mattress and was guaranteed if the mattress ever had an issue it would be replaced within the warranty period of 10 years. This is why we bought it. Now they are denying the claim and refuse to replace it calling it normal "softening". We roll out of the bed when sleeping. THIS is NOT NORMAL. 1 Star is too much praise for Haynes furniture store. They need a half star only because the showroom is lovely but you don't get what you pay for and the customer service is horrible. They have 2 inexperienced so called managers who keeps passing the messages among themselves and no one ever return your calls. I ordered a sectional December 2019, paid HAYNES to have it delivered. Do not buy from The Dump. I purchased a 900 leather chair and within hours of getting it home I noticed that there was some hidden damage to the seat springs and possibly frame that could only be noticed after sitting in it for a few hours. Furniture repair people said the damage was quite old. This was a floor model and the only thing I expect is that they would not sale damage products. This should have been pulled from the floor and not sold.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I SPENT ***** ON COUCH AND LOVESEAT AND THEY ARE PEELING. NEITHER HAYNES NOR MANUFACTURER WILL COVER AFTER THEY SOLD ME THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I WOULDN'T SHOP AGAIN IF YOU PAID ME TO.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Haynes furniture does not stand behind their products! We purchased an 8 piece leather sectional November 2019 for ****$ along with the extended warranty. Within 9 months, 2 of the 4 electric recliners had failed. They came out in sept. to look at it and said they needed to order parts. When they didnt call back in a couple of weeks to schedule the repair, I called the store and was told the parts were coming on a boat from China. Not even a response to our email four days later? Really? We bought a Dining Set from this Haynes store that included a china and hutch. Manufacturer was *************** of whom I have left a separate review. The anti-tip kit was the only piece missing from the entire set. One document told us to contact the manufacturer if there was anything missing. Another document said contact the dealer (aka Haynes). ************** was totally unhelpful, stating that Haynes should have extra kits on hand if I need one. Sort of indicates... read more

The Sofa chair we bought six months ago is falling apart at the seams on both arms. The protection plan we were told would cover everything you can imagine, does not cover buttons and seams. "Not a manufacturing defect, this matter has been closed, there is nothing else we can do" is what we have been told and customer service will no longer speak with us. I bought my living room furniture in March 2019 and paid extra for the insurance specifically because it covered pet urine and I have a new puppy. BIG MISTAKE. Haynes is great... We purchased a set of sectional sofa (MARYLAND LTHR WEDGE, RAF AND LAF PWR SOFA) from the Dump Furniture outlet (the Dump) on November 18, 2018. The furniture was delivered on Nov. 24.
