My husband and I ordered a sectional and recliner January 2020. It was delivered on time January 17, 2020. We bought the extra extended warranty on the recliner. One month later the recliner broke. We were unable to have anyone come to the house to look at it until July 27 due to the company's Covid policy. Which I understood. If possible the rating would be negative. I started shopping for living room furniture in August 2020, decided to go to Haynes as I felt it would probably be easier than purchasing out of state. I have been a customer with The Dump since 2006 (14 years). I originally shopped at The Dump in Oaks, PA and started shopping at The Dump in Houston, TX in March 2020. I experienced the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming representatives at The Dump in Houston, TX. The three representatives who exhibited this behavior are the store manager (Trent), one of the sales representatives (Pharis), and one of the customer service representatives (Nicole). The Dump Furniture Customer Service and delivery are horrible. The managers and sales reps are liars, and they don't value their customers. Nearly two weeks later and my order hasn't been delivered. Every time I call, I hear a different story about my order. This store is ridiculous. We were told that they gave all the ******* ******** customers to the ******* ******** sales guy, so they must be prejudice. First, I am as easy going as they come. I do not like to complain, and I understand 2020 is unprecedented. However, Haynes let me down over the past 3 months (and counting). Our family has spent over ******* with Haynes in the past two years and have experienced fairly good service (until now). That will not be happening again in the future.
