Our entire experience with Universal Carpeting has exceeded our expectations. John's input was helpful during the carpet color and quality selection process. Dawn had expedited the delivery and installation schedule to meet with our available timeline. We were very happy with the selection of carpet. It was delivered and installed quickly and very satisfied with the job when it was completed,also the men who installed the carpet were very helpful moving our furniture and putting it back.
Everything went exactly as promised. Carpet arrived in 2 weeks and installers were very professional. Love my new carpet!
Universal Carpet finished our third and largest project so far. They installed COREtec vinyl plank over concrete, which turned out to be a challenge to get the surface flat enough, since part of it was glued down wood, but it worked. The carpet guys came and finished the transitions and they turned out better than expected. The floor looks great, the installers were great, and we are glad we did it.
Local Elgin company was critical when selecting a vendor. Service was great. Cary was able to get our carpets installed earlier than originally scheduled. Would highly recommend Universal Carpets to anyone.
