We asked family and friends for referrals and because our hunt for carpeting for our newly finished basement. We had no idea on what we were looking for. Cary was great. He took his time to explain the different flooring options and was patient with us as we made our decisions. His price was competitive with some of the larger flooring retailers. His personal attention, the quality of his flooring products, and price made the decision easy to give Universal Carpet our flooring business. His installation crew did a great job installing our flooring and everything looks great.

I was looking to purchase a very high quality carpet that would last for many years. They have a great selection of carpet, and were very helpful with gathering statistics on a few brands so that I could easily compare and make a choice. I had an emergency that required a last minute change of the installation date. They were so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our need to reschedule for a different time on the same date. Experience was great from start to finish.. great pricing, great installers who were meticulous and neat. Cleanup was also very good. I did shop around and came back because of the on line reviews and the very competitive pricing. You won't regret going with Universal!
