From the salesman to the installers. They suck at life and did a sloppy **** poor job from start to finish. Don't use this company..ever. save yourself time and headache. Not worthy of a rating.

Well we had carpet layed on August 31st and on September 4 or 5th I called to let them know I have a seam right down the middle of my living room.She told me to sent pictures so I did,She called back and scheduled a fix on the 11th but called me back and said they have no help and they had a big job to do and canceled that appointment we will call you when we have help and find someone.No one wanted to come and do it because it was to far from Goodlettsville,Tn. We had our hardwoods installed 3 years ago and the wear on them is about as bad as the treatment from the company and the shoddy work done by their subcontractors. We felt highly pressured by the salesman when he came out but signed on for the work as he said they could accommodate our existing floors by weaving new into the old. He saw our old floors and the space we wanted hardwoods which would be in the breakfast through the kitchen to meet up with existing hardwoods in he dining room. What a horrible experience salesman was great bur install a different story or 2 1/2 day job to have my hardwood floors refinished. I paid to have carpet ripped up but decided to do that myself to help them out because they advertise the will move your furniture and put it back. Was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival they did not just showed up they came in and went over color choice and asked if they needed anything from me said no so I went to work got almost got to work then got a call from installer and said ... read more

First of all, I'm trying to figure out how 50 Floor has an A+ BBB rating if 70% of their customer reviews are negative and only 30% of their customer reviews are positive. I am very disappointed with the time amount of time it is taking for the installation of my floors and the lack of customer service I am receiving during the waiting process. I have no complaint with the materials or work done by 5o Floors to this point. HOWEVER, their customer communications and adherence to promised scheduling (Their choice of dates and times) is at best deserving of a failing grade! Details follow. First: upon ordering the flooring with a refinish of the existing flooring in one large room with existing hardwood flooring we were told that the moving of furniture would be handled by their installers. We are terribly dissatisfied with the work and service 50 Floors has given us. We used them about a year ago to put wood laminate in our kitchen and entry. They never completed that job and we had to pay to get it finished. When we wanted to get the flooring extended through our living room and down our hallway they had notes on our account about our previous bad experience and promised that they had made employee changes and we would not experience those problems. We had to go through 4 different 'surveys' on the phone just to speak to anyone. That was our first clue that, just like Internet sites, they are more concerned with advertising revenue than their 'work'. They came the first time and we explained what we wanted, real wood matching real wood we already have on different floors, even if we have to acquire the wood by consulting the builder for sourcing. Please read so that you may avoid the difficulty and stress we endured when hiring 50floor of Garner. Our salesman, Nikolae, came to our home in order to give us an estimate on our work. He seemed like a great guy who was very knowledgeable. What we didn't realize is that he would feed us lies about the process of the company in order to get our business.
