After sold as a "high quality carpet", within 3 months of installation, we are experiencing wear spots on our 'new" carpet. We are two senior citizens, both 71 years old with two cats. We had 1300 sq ft of carpet removed and replaced with LVT in basement, plus 2 master suites re-carpetted on main floor. Generally the crews were professional and efficient. However, this was supposed to be a combo crew to do both jobs simultaneously. The LVT crew showed up at 9:45 am and were finished by about 5pm. The carpeting crew didn't show up until 7pm and left around midnight. Also, the basement LVT crew did a really bad job on the 1/4 round. I had new flooring installed through my entire house to resale my home and the install crew broke an irreplaceable family heirloom and did not disclose to us. We found it put back on the shelf broken. They also ruined several hundred dollars worth of baseboards. I sent multiple emails and left messages for someone named Rhonda and never got a call or response back after more than a month I reached out on facebook. This company advertises "free Installation" which is a joke and I was told as much by their own installers. Sept 2017 A sales rep came to my home to show me samples of their flooring. I was looking to replace carpet in my 1100 Sq. Ft townhouse. I told the rep what I was looking for and he talked me into a "high" quality laminate that would be good with pets. Terrible flooring. We spent 27,000 to have it installed. They used Cheap Chinese flooring it's coming a part and was put down wrong. We reach Numerous times for them to give us the run around.

The salesman came out, evaluated our job and we purchased carpet. We cleared the room (no small task) in preparation for the installation. One relatively small male and a female showed up to do the install, without any equipment to move the furniture. I called to tell the people in the store that the furniture was solid wood (heavy) and I didn't feel good about the installers ability to complete the task. But, they started. Think twice before you choose to work with this company!!! ...This product (vinyl plank) was recommended for people with pets in case the pets have accidents, but approximately 2 years after installation at the top of the stairs the vinyl peeled away in 2 very thin strips 13 inches long and 9 inches long by less than a quarter inch in width.
