I wish I would have read these reviews before contacting this company. They came on time, did the install in 1 day, however, they did not order enough supplies to complete the job. It's been over a month, I've contacted them and even had a guy come out to see what's missing, and still the job is not complete! This is the worst service.

I made an appointment for a sales representative to come to my home between 3 and 5 with a promised phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. I waited all day and finally I called the company 4:40 wondering if the rep was coming at all. He called only after the company prompted him to call and said, "I didn't know that promptness was that important to you." Wait? What happened to the appointment time I waited at home for? Originally we were scheduled to have carpet installed on Monday (04/15/2019). We never received an install time so we called the Raleigh office and asked for an estimate time of arrival. We were informed that "the installer never showed up". We wish we knew that earlier. They rescheduled for (04/18/2019). 2 hours after a scheduled phone call to give us an estimate time of arrival we were once AGAIN informed that the "installer never showed up" and we would have to reschedule. 3rd time will not be a charm! Just had almost $8000.00 of flooring put in. Not happy with transition pieces or seaming of areas of the carpet. Trying to get a real person to help resolve is difficult and long distance. Some answering phone "hello" as not even business related. Had I realized that everyone is independent contractor I would have NEVER utilized them. Issues still not resolved. I feel duped.

In no way can I recommend this company But if you used them, complain through your State's Attorney Generals office. It works like magic. They didn't follow their own contract and when I decided I'd waited long enough for them to contact me to schedule (their policy is 7-10 business days) I called them to complain. They lowballed me with a small discount and they wouldn't accept my counter offer so I decided to cancel. They charged me in full the day I got the estimate and told me I can cancel but have to pay a 20% restockin... read more

RUN... RUN... DO NOT alllow these people in your home. Lies, lies, lies . Let me Just begin by saying one positive and the only ONE I have we'd love our floors. I had to baby-sit the subcontractors. You never see the project manager. On day ONE we had 7 guys in our home by 8:20. How 7 people don't get $*** done in your home is beyond. Makes sense (now) why our 4 day project turned into. 8 day project. Not ONE person spoke or understood English . Nails were left all over our driveway . Well after almost 1 month they finally came and fixed my carpet with the seam down the middle.When they came they had to fix the other 2guys big mistakes it was not stretched and was not hooked to the strips around the walls.Looks better but I can still see the seam but the guys said we did the best we could I hate paying for something that is not fixed right.But it is what it is I will never recommend anyone to 50 floor.I believe I should get a discount.This is the 50 floor out of Goodlettsville,Tn.
