If it were possible to give zero stars we would. Three months ago my husband and I contracted Home Depot/American Carpet South to complete a flooring project in our home to include our large kitchen/dinette area, small hallway, laundry room and half bathroom. This company does not communicate the details of their customer's purchase orders. They have sent incompetent and inexperienced installers on four different occasions, did a substandard job on the work that they did do, and it is now December 11, 2019 and the project ha... read more

Bought vinyl flooring at Home Depot in Toms River. ACS is Home Depot’s installer. First and last time I will have anything installed by ACS! The transitions to both bedrooms were cut short leaving several gaps and the quarter rounds were not cut correctly either. To be honest, a blind person could’ve done a better job! After waiting weeks for an inspector to come take pictures of the work, I never heard back from ACS. I sent my own pictures via email to ACS and still no resolution! They are HORRIBLE!!!! They have rescheduled me TWICE!!! They have workers that speak NO ENGLISH and they don't even bring the right materials!!! I am beyond upset. I would never ever use HOME DEPOT to order carpet from because they use ACS. They need to be held responsible for their incompetence. They have no problem taking your money. IT's disgusting!

An absolute nightmare. Negative stars would be given if that was an option. I ordered my carpet in April, what turned out to be my FIRST OF FOUR installations was scheduled for May 9th. Upon arrival to my house (first of all they were late getting there, didn't arrive until almost 6pm), which I took a vacation day from work to be home, they had the wrong carpet for one of the 3 bedrooms that they were carpeting. I wish I could leave zero stars. Very bad project management and very bad customer service. No accountability whatsoever. Badly managed by kitchen tiling project, scheduled and rescheduled "installers" who don't work for the company multiple times. Despite my constant follow-up and giving them the best opportunity not to "screw up," still somehow managed to screw up - different person promised a job a certain way and another one showed up on the day of with different expectations (when I confirmed the day before the original... read more

LOUSY "customer service". HORRIBLE scheduling system where you have NO SAY in their arrival time-frame. You agree on a date and then they give you a "robo call" the night before.., with a time-frame THEY choose... and either you accept their night-before, robo-call-dictated time-frame (press 1.).., OR... the whole scheduling process starts all over from scratch... but not that day.., cause you can't call them back since their office closes at 5:00 PM.., and you aren't given an option to leave a message unless you choose the ... read more

If there were negative numbers I would have selected-10. The ocean city location installed my floor, they admitted the floor needed repair, they tried to repair it a number of times and they made it worse. I’m going to keep working to get my floor correctly installed. I do not recommend the company.

I would leave Zero stars if possible as I found this company to be very difficult to work with. I arranged floor tiles to be installed through Home Depot. This is the company which was sent to do the job. They didn't show up when they said they would and didn't complete the project as guaranteed. Most of all the work that was done was very sloppy and they left a mess. Walls that had just been painted had to be repainted as they left hand prints that could not be washed away. Terrible company!!!! They messed up my install months ago and am still going back and forth with them trying to get it fixed. Trying to sell my house and have had buyers walk away because of the bubbling laminate floors. I have wasted so much time and money because of this company. Home depot contracts with them. DO NOT USE THEM.
