He helped us determine how many boxes of LVP we needed and scheduled us for a professional measurement and install. After 17 years of the same carpet in living room and dining room we decided to switch to laminate plank. Asst. Mgr Billie, off Ocala store, was helpful, customer oriented and really friendly. We got our first quote from him and went to two other stores for comparison, and got no customer service. Pointed us in the direction of our wants and never saw people again. my Wife and I came in to order Luxury Spc Plank By Blue Lake Collection. Gonzalo Walker Order the Luxury Spc Plank. When it came in Mr. Walker made sure the loader person did not over load my truck. ( We did two load). Mr. walker made sure we had very thing we need to do the job. We find the Luxury Spc Plank went together real good. We are very please with the product. OCALA STORE from the time we walked into the store, we were treated like family. Gonzalo, the salesman was very helpful and well educated in the products on display. The material was ordered correctly and timely so there were no delays. The installers were on time daily and informed daily on the progress daily. They worked very hard and quickly.
