I did not received quality furniture from Haynes. I bought a chair and it is defected because one of the cup holder will not fit a cup in properly and stable. The cup leans because the top part overlap over the cup opener. I was told that the chair on display overlap as well but when you are looking at it in the store, how do you know that it will be a problem. I am not satisfied because that cup holder is not up to standard. Poor quality made.
Purchased power recliner on May2021. Love sofa recliner has a broken wire. It was working intermittently. Raised complaint. Finally rep visited. He found it was not installed property, due to which internal wire was broken and exposed. He raised a request and told a part will be shipped at my address. Till date neither part is shipped nor *** ***** has tried to resolve the issue. We have reached out to ***** customer care many times and so far nothing worked out.
The Dump delivered my new bed and put it together in with no attention to detail. There are screws missing and left over parts that were left In of the drawers. The frame is not even, the drawers unaligned and loose, and my spring box regularly slips off the frame because it's so improperly built. We have called nonstop to get someone out to put it together properly but have has zero response. we ordered a dining room set and a server and a coffee table, the delivery was missing the marble top for the dining table and the coffee table was missing too and the server had a broken marble in half, we let them know about the missing pieces they said they can't do anything about it and will not replace it. Also the broken marble for the server, i emailed a couple times and sent them pictures of the broken piece, they never emailed back or anything, although we bought insurance on the items. I am pleased with the furniture I bought from the dump and is very good quality, but I hate that they opened a credit card without my consent. I specifically told the sales rep that I already had a credit card with them and would like to use it to pay. They ask you to sign all these forms thinking you're agreeing to the purchase next thing you know there's a new credit card in your name.
I purchased a full dining and living room set from this store in July of 2021, and the sale itself was perfect. I found the perfect collection for my new home, and was ecstatic. After the sale though, the service and communication has been absolutely horrific. I was issued a full replacement on a recycliner sectional, and they would honor my replacement or give me a refund. They push the buy the warranty from *** when purchasing. Now that *** says replace the sectional they will not.

We purchased over ****** of furniture at the Virginia Beach Haynes Furniture store the third week of May 2021 with a delivery date mid June. Formal dining room set, dinette set with 8 bar stools, bedroom set. The delivery day the formal dining room was missing the table, our bedroom only had the night stands, the dinette set was all there but 6 of the 8 stools were not level. I went in to Haynes in Mid January and found a nice kitchen table and bedset and end table. Was told by the sales rep that furniture would be delivered by mid February. I received 0 correspondence from anyone after that and I had to keep calling them and of coouurse they kept saying the order has been pushed back till the following month.
