National Floors Direct has been a pleasure to work with! The salesperson we dealt with at our home was professional, personable and knowledgable! She respected COVID requirements by wearing a mask and helped us pick out a beautiful carpet for our 3 bedrooms. Within 2 weeks we had the carpet installed and the two gentleman who did the installation we professional and courteous! They handled the furniture with care and cleaned as if it were their own home! Very pleased and will absolutely be using them again!
We needed a carpet Installed quickly, and decided to try National Floors Direct. The salesperson came out a few days later, and I picked a carpet and scheduled install. Install was efficient and the installer did a great job and left the room clean. The quality of the job is great. National Floors Direct Recently did our basement in luxury vinyl plank flooring and did a great job. From the sales person to the installers, everything was well explained and performed on time. The entire process from consultation to installation was very positive. The representative, Dave, was friendly, professional & provided many samples ranging in prices, colors & styles. The scheduling was prompt & easy. The installers were also friendly & professional. Communication of schedule & expected time of installers helped coordinate our schedule.
