I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I interviewed two other companies, and although they were about $500.00 cheaper I went with NFD. The quality of their product was much better. I need to replace carpet in our finished basement, in my office and in our walk-in closet. They removed and installed everything within one day! The salesperson was knowledgeable and respectful. The price was the best I found and I did research. The delivery was prompt. The installers were careful moving furniture and did a great job. The room was left clean and looking great.

The sales associate we had was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation itself was incredibly prompt and they were under all of the other estimates we secured. National Floors Direct was amazing. From the in-home quote process, all the way through install, I could not have asked for a better experience. Having quoted others, National Floors was by far the best option in terms of price and quality. I engaged National Floors Direct to replace the flooring in my daughter's kitchen and dining room. I had the estimate on Monday and the floor was installed on my choice of days, which was Thursday, so almost no wait.They were very competitive in their pricing and the flooring was installed, including the rip-out and clean-up, within four hours of the crews' arrival (which was early!).
