Excellent Service and installation. I made an Appointment was made and representative came with samples and negotiate a great price. I was able to pay via PayPal and balance due after installation.
The process was easy. I called. Set up an appointment. The salesman came. Presented the carpets to choose from. We negotiated a fair and reasonable price. I gave a deposit. I was notified of the installaion date. They installed the carpet ...it looks beautiful! It was a pleasure doing buisness with National Floors Direct! I was compensated for this review in the amount of a $25 gift card to Amazon!
I had a great experience with national floors direct. The whole process was quick and easy. They were able to install our carpet a few days after we received our in home estimate. From my phone call to set up the appointment to the consult. The young man who came to the house was knowledgeable , pleasant and very helpful. We scheduled quickly and the installation process was smooth and easy. The room looks great. We are very happy with the quality of carpet and how warm it makes the room feel.
