They came out any did a very thorough estimate, with samples, and lots of detail and knowledge about the flooring. We had 3 quotes done and National Floors Direct gave the best price. From the beginning on contacting to installation NFD work really smooth for us. Sales rep present us with floors samples, we picked them then set installation date. Just to let you know they accept only cashiers check or money order. But all for the safety of the transaction.
I have used National Floors direct several times in different condominiums that I have owned. I continue to use them because they come when they say they will. They come in lower than anyone else and they never let me down. Other vendors are very particular i.e.. move a 300 lb vanity out of a very small bathroom so they could lay the floor under it. I ordered the carpet 5 days before Christmas and then they came in 1 day later and measured the room. Then 2 days later they installed the carpet. They did it like professional they didn't scuff the walls and the vacuumed it to. Before I found this amazing place I found another carpet place that had cheap prices with deaccent quality. I checked and waited till I found at least one other place and then I found this place and they got me better quality and less inexpensive carpet.
