I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. NFD arrived early on the day of installation. The installer reviewed the order, the flooring, and the rooms with me before starting any work. Once everything was ready, the work was performed in an efficient and clean manner. National floors direct did an amazing job. All of the staff is friendly and professional from start to finish.the salesman was awesome helping me pick just what I wanted with no pressure. The installation team were great they didn't miss anything. I will definitely recommend this company for all your flooring .

I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. Contractors were on time. All work was completed as per specifications. Contractors were neat clean and organised. Contractors wore masks throughout the install. Any unusual areas were brought to my attention to ensure I would be happy with finished product. Would have no hesitation is using them again!

I ordered vinyl for my kitchen and berber rug for my basement. The process was easy from beginning to end. Brian our sales guy was great. Where I am most impressed is with the installers. They knew exactly what they were doing and was efficient and the floors came out beautiful! They took their time and did the job right.

The initial sales appointment was so easy. We knew what we wanted and had a budget. The sales man was very accommodating and worked hard to get us where we needed to be. We were called to confirm our installation and followed up with an email for the time frame. The crew was on time and COVID cautious. They reviewed the rooms to be done along with the carpet choices. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the different products available and what would work best for my home and my budget. He was able to quickly answer all of my questions. Any questions that he could not answer himself, he was able to get an answer immediately.

This was with a doubt one of the best experiences I ever had dealing with any contractor. From the first live contact on the phone to the last time the installers walked out my door I was showed complete professionalism. Whoever came to my house they always arrived within the assigned time window. The entire job was done quickly without any issues whatsoever. National flooring direct was very professional from the beginning straight through to the end. They explained the whole process and explained the cost. The rep went up and beyond to get us a great cost for our purchase. The installer was very professional as well and answered our questions that we had in detailed. Very happy with National flooring direct and would recommend them to everybody who needs flooring.

they did a great job. my husband wanted carpet but i talked him into vinyl flooring in our living room. He tells me daily how great it looks. It looks like real wood not what u would think vinyl would look like. It is also durable we have a dog and it doesn't scratch.
