We selected National floors to carpet our stairs that lead from first floor to second floor. Overall, the experience was positive, the intake call was easy and the appointment to have a salesperson come look at the job was made the next day. The salesperson was knowledgeable and brought samples for us to look at so we could make the right selection for our space. I absolutely love my new carpet! The installers were professional and made sure I was satisfy with the installation before leaving. My old basement carpet was over 20 years old.
