I'VE GOTTEN FLOOR JOBS DONE WITH NFD PREVIOUSLY. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THIS TIME WAS NO DIFFERENT. THEY MADE THE UPSTAIRS OF MY MAIN HOUSE LOOK BEAUTIFUL. THEY DID THE ****************** & I'M TRULY SATISFIED. I'LL DEFINITELY B CALLING THEM ONCE AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE WITH MORE JOBS INDEED!????

The in home project review and estimate was convenient and easy. The installation was fast and professional. The crew completed the installation in one day when it was estimated to be three days. The installation crew cleaned up nicely after themselves and moved all the furniture back in place efficiently.

I recently contacted National Floors Direct to replace the kitchen tiles with ************ an estimate was easy and our sales person, *******, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process enjoyable. The install team came on time the day of, they were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the install in one day. The quote they give me was fair. Overall, I'm very happy with the entire process and the final job.

Our experience was excellent. The initial visit with the sales representative was very thorough and he brought really good representations of the flooring. In addition to samples, he brought photos of real, completed installations. That was really helpful.On the day of the install, everything went smoothly. The gentlemen who did the work were professional and courteous, asking questions when necessary to ensure we were happy with the results. I have to admit I read some pretty bad reviews about National Floors but IMO they must have been left by "Karens" because my experience was nothing less than outstanding. The salesman, ******* *. was knowledgeable and very helpful. The installation (subcontractors) was scheduled on Dec 11 between 730 - noon. I got a call about 830 saying they the installation crew would arrive about 930. I recently contacted NFD (National Floors Direct) to see about getting flooring and carpeting ***************** an appointment was easy, I contacted them on a Sunday and I got an appointment for the next day.The Salesperson, *******, who came was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process enjoyable.The install team worked very hard, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the install in one day.The price I was quoted was below what I had estimated the job would cost.

The first contact from National Floors Direct was very pleasant. They made the process of setting up an estimate easy. When the representative came to our home to take measurements, he was very professional and respectful.
