I am pleased with National Flooring Direct kept in touch and verified the appointment with the salesman and the installation time and date. I like the color and padding very pleased. I hated what I had before ,the color and type of carpet.

We had such a wonderful experience with National Floors Direct. Beginning with their patient, flexible and extremely knowledgeable sales staff, ****. The communication about installation was great and the installation went smoothly. The installation team was wonderful and did beautiful work! Very satisfied and cant wait to have them back in our house to do more work. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, although I would have posted a review regardless, as we were so satisfied with the job!!

**************** was great, communicative, polite and professional. Originally disappointed that the material we wanted for the floor was out of stock until April (warehouse issue). So we needed another consultation to choose something different, but was a blessing in disguise because we liked the new choice better. We love our new bathroom floor. Thank you NFD!!

My master bedroom is a large room with wall -to- wall carpet. The carpet started looking a little *******, crinkly, and like it was coming up (i.e., it was a poor installation of lower quality carpet). I have seen the *** commercials for a few years now, so I called them, and they reached out the same day. National Floors were easy and quick. I had to replace carpet in my spare room/ office. National Floors matched the other rooms and installed all in 3 days. They were professional and quick. I will be using them again.

I had a wonderful experience with National Floors Direct. The workers were courteous, professional and helpful. They completed the work very fast. My new carpet feels great under my feet. They put all my furniture back. They installed good quality carpet! I'm happy. I was actually referred to my a happy neighbor who had carpet installed by National Floors Direct too.

This is my second time using NFD. They provided such great service and I was so happy with the result of the first project that when it came time for the second project I had no doubt about who I was going to use. This project was ***lacing my old worn out carpet with vinyl wood look flooring. The sales *** did a great job finding a color match with the existing flooring. I'VE GOTTEN FLOOR JOBS DONE WITH NFD PREVIOUSLY. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THIS TIME WAS NO DIFFERENT. THEY MADE THE UPSTAIRS OF MY MAIN HOUSE LOOK BEAUTIFUL.
