We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was polite, informative and respectful of our home. The installation crew reviewed the job with us before they started. Their workmanship was excellent. Very pleased with the quality of the product. They cleaned up beautifully. They reviewed the job with us upon completion. We are completely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. We highly recommend,

Very happy with my recent service with National Floors Direct. I have a laundry room that needed new floors and they made the whole process a breeze! Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful getting me to a good price. The installation was very quick and very well done and Im pleased with the great quality of the floors themselves. 1The guy came in and gave me my estimate. He was so funny and polite.I told them I needed it done after I was done painting but before my party I was having and they were able to come the exact day I needed them to come. The woman on the phone to confirm my appointment was very helpful in answering my ************ very pleased and we are enjoying our new carpet. Thank you National Floors Direct.

National Floors Direct came and conquered! From choosing our new carpet to the installation, the experience was outstanding. The installers arrived at the designated time and completed the project quickly and efficiently. They moved the furniture completed the installation, cleaned up and replaced everything as it was. National Floors Direct thank you for such a smooth process, we will see you in the near future to update another room!

I had been price and quality shopping with various companies and I thought I'd give National Floors Direct a shot as their ad popped up in my ******** feed -- admittedly I was skeptical thinking about how big brother is watching us and hearing us all the time and ads pop up that may or may not be worth it. We chose National Floors Direct because of reviews that I read. We were looking to replace carpet in 4 bedrooms with closets, a large hall closet, and laminate that we had in our entry, great room, and dining room. It was a big job! The salesman was very detailed and efficient. He showed us several options after finding out what we were looking for, and offered a very quick install date the next week. I had called National Floors Direct after seeing the commercial. I set up an appointment on a very convenient Saturday just a few days later. The sales *** arrived on time and his name was ****. **** was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We discussed how our sub floor was not level. There is a bow in our floor and we were concerned it would negatively affect our flooring. **** made a few phone calls and explained our situation. they decided that gluing down this product would ensure it was going to look great. After looking into companies for new flooring for my home I chose National Floors Direct, Inc.I was happy I did not only because the price was a bit lower but the team that installed the flooring were polite, worked very hard and the installation went well with no problems. My furniture was moved back to the original spot and all of the carpet they took up was disposed of. My floor looks great and I couldn't be happier that I chose to have National Floors Direct for my new flooring.
