We were very happy with National Floors direct. The workers were on time and kept the place clean. The job was finished in one day. The home was left in good clean condition after the job was finished. The office followed up with us to ensure we were happy with the results.

Had a great experience with national floors direct. The salesman was very honest and gave the most affordable price for my basement carpet installation. The installers did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend using national floors direct for flooring installations.

*** did a great job! After talking to 4 compaines, they were the lowest bid and didn't give us a hard time to move our exercise equipment. The workmen arrived on time the day after a snow storm and even shoveled the walk way to get in and get out. The work was great. They took their time and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up after the work. We were very happy with the quality of the job.

****** ***** Order#MD13809 National Floors Direct gave me a great deal on my new carpet. My old carpet was 17 years old and had started to look not so good. The installers arrived on the agreed upon date and were very courteous and professional. They did a great job installing my new carpet. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Everything went very well and now I have beautiful brown carpet. My home looks very nice now with my new carpet. Thank you National Floors Direct.

Order #: NY37728 Using National Floors Direct is a very easy and an extremely affordable option when looking to ***lace flooring. I scheduled in an in home an appointment in December 2024. The sales *** came to my home on time, very professional and knowledgeable of the products available within my budget. The measuring by the *** was very quick and accurate. Had a great experience with ******************************************************* from start to finish. The sales *** was not trying to sell us on the most expensive flooring and really took his time to show us multiple samples and get to know our taste.The installation was very easy our 3 rooms were completed in 1 day and they made sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction before leaving. 5 stars

The beautiful floor , the grain and quality of the wood is so nice. The crew that installed the floor was very professional. They cleaned up and the detail they did around the fireplace and corners is very impressive. A small language barrier but it was very easy to get answers from them. The salesman was personable. The floor we chose there was a little confusion on whether it was in stock but that was quickly resolved. I recently did business with National Floors Direct and my experience was very satisfying from start to finish. My sales *** was informative, honest, direct and a joy to chat with. The guys that did my install were professional, timely and they cleaned up behind themselves. Someone even called to follow up with me to see how everything went. I really couldnt have asked for more, especially for the price. Win win all the way around. 10 out of the 10 I highly recommend!
