*** was wonderful to work with.....our sales representative arrived on time and with samples for us to review. Everyone from our sales representative to the gentleman who installed the flooring was precise, knowledgeable, and professional. Our sales representative worked with us on financing, showing samples, and scheduling installation all within one appointment. He was even able to show us virtually what the flooring would look like in our kitchen on his IPad! I would definitely recommend *** to others.

This was a great experience and it came out very well. I made and got this appointment very quickly and they were out and had the job done within a few days. Two people came to do the install and they were very professional and they did the job in less than 3 hours. I got both my staircases done and they came out excellent. The carpet came with a lifetime guarantee which makes me feel better about having carpet. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. NFD delivered way beyond my expectations and my wife and I could not be happier with our carpet selection and the overall service we received from National Floors Direct ! The rooms were perfectly measured and the install date was set around our work schedule which added to the overall ease of the process. National Floors Direct was a great choice for us. The process was quick and easy. The sales person was on time and informative and answered every question we had. The fact that he came to the house made it so much easier because we were able to see the carpet samples in each room. The installation crew was fast and cleaned up everything as they went. The sales team was kind, patient, and knowledgeable of their services and products provided. I was able to get my floors scheduled for service quickly. On the day of installation, they were quick and clean. We were overall satisfied with our experience!
