I recently contacted NFD (National Floors Direct) to see about getting flooring and carpeting ***************** an appointment was easy, I contacted them on a Sunday and I got an appointment for the next day.The Salesperson, *******, who came was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process enjoyable.The install team worked very hard, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the install in one day.The price I was quoted was below what I had estimated the job would cost.

Everything with the installation was flawless. They were respectful and courteous In my home. They came in for the job done quickly and neatly. The pricing was great the customer service was great. The first contact from National Floors Direct was very pleasant. They made the process of setting up an estimate easy. When the representative came to our home to take measurements, he was very professional and respectful. He explained the process and showed us samples of the flooring we were interested in purchasing. Every detail was explained as to the quality of the product versus other materials on the market. Had vinyl planking floor installed today and couldn't be happier. The installation crew arrived 5 minutes after they told me they'd get here, but probably would have been early had I given them the code for our gated community before they got here. Although they spoke limited English (Spanish) they were professional, polite, hard working and great at what they did!! The men that came to install were kind, fast and efficient. Everything was done with precision! The floors are excellent quality and beautiful!

We needed to get carpet installed rather quickly to get our house ready show a showing. Someone showed up the same day that I called to give a free estimate. They beat the price of every other contractor and company that came before them. The quality of the carpet and padding was excellent, and their service was superior. All people involved were courteous and professional.

National floor direct did a very good job from start to finish! The sales person was so helpful in choosing a color. The communication was excellent. The customer service department was very easy to connect with. The installers were right on time and they were very friendly neat and quick thank you!
