I am pleased with National Flooring Direct kept in touch and verified the appointment with the salesman and the installation time and date. I like the color and padding very pleased. I hated what I had before ,the color and type of carpet.

The communication about installation was great and the installation went smoothly. The installation team was wonderful and did beautiful work! **************** was great, communicative, polite and professional. Originally disappointed that the material we wanted for the floor was out of stock until April (warehouse issue). So we needed another consultation to choose something different, but was a blessing in disguise because we liked the new choice better. We love our new bathroom floor. Thank you NFD!!

My master bedroom is a large room with wall -to- wall carpet. National Floors were easy and quick. I had to replace carpet in my spare room/ office. National Floors matched the other rooms and installed all in 3 days. They were professional and quick. I will be using them again.
I had a wonderful experience with National Floors Direct. The workers were courteous, professional and helpful. They completed the work very fast. My new carpet feels great under my feet. This is my second time using NFD. They provided such great service and I was so happy with the result of the first project that when it came time for the second project I had no doubt about who I was going to use.
