The at home project review and cost estimate was convenient and easy. The representative was courteous and thorough. He was flexible and was able to give a preview of what the floors would look like on completion. The installation crew was fast and professional. The estimated three-day project was completed in one day. The crew moved and put back in place all our furniture. The crew cleaned up nicely after themselves. We received a gift card as compensation for our time in completing this review.
Our experience was excellent. The initial visit with the sales representative was very thorough and he brought really good representations of the flooring. From my first phone call, to the last call with National Floors Direct, the service was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. My sale rep was excellent. The crew arrived on time, and had the project done the same day. The guys were friendly, hard working, and their attention to detail was excellent. The floors look great, and they left the place clean.

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest about the project we were looking to do and our budget for it. From start to finish this was a professional job. We had new carpet within one week! We used this company for the second time. We had great choices that our salesman bought. The installers were very professional and made sure we were happy before leaving. They cleaned up and even swept the floors they walked in on. We have been offered a gift card for our honest review.
