Had vinyl planking floor installed today and couldn't be happier. The installation crew arrived 5 minutes after they told me they'd get here, but probably would have been early had I given them the code for our gated community before they got here. Although they spoke limited English (Spanish) they were professional, polite, hard working and great at what they did!! National Floors Direct were wonderful from the first quote appointment to the post installation follow up call. They were thorough and efficient! Pricing was excellent! The men that came to install were kind, fast and efficient. Everything was done with precision! The floors are excellent quality and beautiful!

We needed to get carpet installed rather quickly to get our house ready show a showing. Someone showed up the same day that I called to give a free estimate. They beat the price of every other contractor and company that came before them. The quality of the carpet and padding was excellent, and their service was superior. All people involved were courteous and professional.

National floor direct did a very good job from start to finish! The sales person was so helpful in choosing a color. The communication was excellent. The customer service department was very easy to connect with. The installers were right on time and they were very friendly neat and quick thank you!

*** was wonderful to work with.....our sales representative arrived on time and with samples for us to review. Everyone from our sales representative to the gentleman who installed the flooring was precise, knowledgeable, and professional. Our sales representative worked with us on financing, showing samples, and scheduling installation all within one appointment. He was even able to show us virtually what the flooring would look like in our kitchen on his IPad! I would definitely recommend *** to others.

This was a great experience and it came out very well. I made and got this appointment very quickly and they were out and had the job done within a few days. Two people came to do the install and they were very professional and they did the job in less than 3 hours. I got both my staircases done and they came out excellent. The carpet came with a lifetime guarantee which makes me feel better about having carpet. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
