When the representative came to our home to take measurements, he was very professional and respectful. Had vinyl planking floor installed today and couldn't be happier. The installation crew arrived 5 minutes after they told me they'd get here, but probably would have been early had I given them the code for our gated community before they got here. Although they spoke limited English (Spanish) they were professional, polite, hard working and great at what they did!! We needed to get carpet installed rather quickly to get our house ready show a showing. Someone showed up the same day that I called to give a free estimate. They beat the price of every other contractor and company that came before them. The quality of the carpet and padding was excellent, and their service was superior. *** was wonderful to work with.....our sales representative arrived on time and with samples for us to review. Everyone from our sales representative to the gentleman who installed the flooring was precise, knowledgeable, and professional. Our sales representative worked with us on financing, showing samples, and scheduling installation all within one appointment. He was even able to show us virtually what the flooring would look like in our kitchen on his IPad! I would definitely recommend *** to others.
