They went beyond my expectations. Before they started they made sure it was the rug I wanted and they were fast, clean and efficient. I highly recommend for any floor installation. I called several companies to obtain quotes for new carpet in 3 bedrooms and a hallway. National Floors Direct was the first company to call back and schedule an appointment for the next day. The salesman arrived early and brought plenty of samples. He took his time explaining the differences between the samples and provided quotes for each. My experience with national Floors Direct has been great. The customer service representatives were responsive, helpful and answered all of my questions. I was able to get an in-home estimate within a few days. The salesman was on time, knowledgeable about the products and made me feel at ease about the process. What made this experience so great was first the sales representative Mr. ****** ***** he was excellent. He was very helpful. When it came out to selecting the right type of floor needed for the bedroom then **************** insured that they call to confirm my appointment. Our Sales professional arrived on time and did a nice job going over our options. We discussed budget and timeframe for our project. **** was able to accommodate on both.
