National Floors Direct did an outstanding job on my floors! They removed the carpeting that was down before and put down beautiful plank. The trim looks great and there are no gaps. The techs left my home clean and were respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend NFD if youre thinking about redoing your floors for a reasonable price. They also have many choices to pick from and bring samples out for you to choose.

From start to finish the process of buying new flooring with National Floors Direct has been fabulous! Our salesman, *******, was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Im a tough customer with lots of questions!! We chose a carpet that was a special order color for our steps and he even called other warehouses to see if the carpet we chose was in stock. I could not be more pleased with my new floors. The process was seamless from sales through installation. Communications from customer service and the installers was great. The installers were professional, friendly and detailed. Furniture was moved and replaced with great care. Cleanup was completed at the end of each day. The project was completed on time. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct for any flooring project. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

Saw a TV ad for National Floors Direct. It was fast and easy to get an in-home consultation, around my schedule. The Sales rep had tons of options to show! I was clear about how much I wanted to spend on the project, and he worked diligently to keep the final price within my budget, which I really appreciated the most. Installation day was a breeze! The National Floors Direct salesman was very personable and professional. He thoroughly explained my options for carpet with samples and padding. He also explained the options for cost comparisons and payment options.The installers were very professional and timely. They moved all the furniture as promised. Furniture was handled with care and placed back in the right rooms when completed. All questions and concerns were addressed satisfactorily. They cleaned up and removed all trash and debris after the job was done.

National Floors Direct was a pleasure to work with. I had originally contacted Empire Today for an estimate. Empire's quote was not only very high, the quality of carpet and offerings for padding were not that exceptional. The following day, I had contacted National Floors Direct. A few days later, the salesman came to my home and was very courteous. He took his time to understand my needs and concerns.
