It was great experience with National Floors Direct on wooden floor installation at home. Starting from estimation process to setting up schedule for installation was just easier process. I was kept updated on installation schedule, preparation needed for it. Installation team was efficient and completed it on time. They were courteous in reviewing installation. Overall, great experience!!

We are very happy with our experience with National Floors Direct, order #NJ34466. First of all, the salesperson was very helpful and showed up on time. The selection of carpet quality, color and prices were more than adequate. We plan to move within a year or two and didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted a very good carpet in our bedroom and upstairs hallway. I have nothing but good things to say about ***. I started by just calling because I was curious about cost and options. The *** that came to my house **** ****** was great. He took all measurements from 3 different rooms. We settled on doing just 2 rooms. He gave me lots of different options from cheap to high end carpet and vinyl. Our initial sales call was awesome- Gage was in depth, patient and showed me all my options. The install was quick and our installers were professional kind and clean. Install took less than 2 hours and everything was back in place as it was before. NFDs follow up process to ensure we were happy has proven to show how much they care. We plan to use them again for a quick, painless and affordable install for stair carpet runners!!
