Im so glad I selected National Floors Direct to install my new floors for order MD13382. It was a great experience from the to finish. An estimate was provided right away by a knowledgeable professional. They provided helpful information that made the choice easy. I was also impressed with the fantastic installers. Call for getting carpet for our bonus room salesman came out. The next day was on time brought samples and explained everything we purchased the carpet. The installers came out two days later installed the carpet. They were quick, courteous and professional cleaned up and explained everything that they had done, I would recommend national floors direct for all your flooring

Overdue for new flooring in our home and seeing so many commercials of National Floors Direct encouraged us to call. When I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. This is a review for my flooring install for order MA28160. I cant believe the showroom came to me! It made it so much easier for my family. I submitted a form online and had an appointment scheduled within a few minutes. We spent time with the salesperson who allowed us to go through countless options until we felt comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about National Floors Direct. The two men who installed the new floors in our family room and dining/living room could not have been more professional and nice. They were also very fast. Also, they were very cognizant of making sure both rooms were done to our specifications. Lastly, they made sure that everything was clean as a whistle when they finished, and gently returned the large furniture back to the original areas. Again, just superb work.

I truly enjoyed my experience hiring National Floors Direct. Allow me to put it this way I wasnt even planning on re-doing the carpet in my stairs in 2024. I only planned on getting an estimate and measurement. However, the price was too good to beat. So I scheduled it for a week late. They installation process was flawless. They came early and did not make me wait. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up and were respectful of my home. I definitely plan on using them again.

I am very pleased with the new hardwood flooring just recently installed by National Floors Direct. The room looks magnificent and the installation team did an exceptional job. They were very polite, knowledgeable and proficient. The quality of the floor is excellent and I love the look. Working with the salesman was fun and I look forward to using National Floors Direct for my new upcoming projects.
