I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. Very quick service, they came to measure within one day. Installers were very courteous and fast. Installation was above and beyond what I had expected. Product quality was very good, and price was reasonable after some negotiation.

I only give three stars even though the floor is amazing due to the poor customer service. Things I did not find out until the salesman was in my house. 1. You need a check or cash for 50% deposit which I had neither on hand so I had to figure out how to wire transfer the funds. 2. Make sure they are your last quote because you need to agree right then and there - they will NOT come back. Kind of a bully move. 3. TX 11876- What made this experience so great was first the sales representative Mr. Joshua Lewis he was excellent. He was very helpful. When it came out to selecting the right type of floor needed for the bedroom then Customer Service insured that they call to confirm my appointment. Our Sales professional arrived on time and did a nice job going over our options. We discussed budget and timeframe for our project. Gene was able to accommodate on both. The installation Team was polite, professional and respectful of our home. We would absolutely used National Floors Direct for our next project.

I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. National floors direct did a great job on our project. It started when I called them and was able to immediately get an appointment. The salesman was quick, but also efficient in helping me and my wife choose the flooring we needed to match the rest of our 2nd floor. This was the first time getting service from National Floor Direct. It was easy to to schedule. I was able to get someone out to look at the project and give me estimates. Luckily, the material I ordered was in stock, I my new carpets were installed in 2 days.

The installation team was very courteous and worked quickly. The guys moved appliances and a door without question. They cleaned up after. We are very happy with the new floor.

I got all new floors in my entire house. The laminate floors are amazing, super durable, and look and feel just like hard wood. The carpet in my bedrooms is the nicest softest carpet I’ve ever felt. The color options they have in both floor types are awesome and look very nice. Highly recommend using national floors direct. I must mention they did incentivize me with an Amazon gift card to give my honest opinion.
