The service was very good. Both crews, for the kitchen and living room were here within 20 minutes of each other. They were very efficient and work without stopping. They answered all our questions and when they were ready to leave they cleaned everything up and left with my house looking wonderful. They finished the complete job in about 3 hours.

I am happy I chose National Floors Direct as I was skeptical at first, the process was quite easy, the salesman was here within a 2 days, he was very honest as I told him I had a local business quote and he said he would not be able to match that as it was quite low but he offered a few discounts that came very close to the original price and with better products. The installers were here within 2 weeks, showed up on time, quickly took up the old flooring and installed the new, cleaned up behind them and were gone in no time... read more

I love the carpet. I Loved the choices of carpet and other floor types. It was a Great price for the quality of the carpet. It was a Flawless installation process. I Didnt love the long sales pitch, but it was informative.

Im so glad I selected National Floors Direct to install my new floors for order MD13382. It was a great experience from the to finish. Call for getting carpet for our bonus room salesman came out. The next day was on time brought samples and explained everything we purchased the carpet. The installers came out two days later installed the carpet. They were quick, courteous and professional cleaned up and explained everything that they had done, I would recommend national floors direct for all your flooring
