National Floors Direct was a pleasure to work with. I had originally contacted Empire Today for an estimate. Empire's quote was not only very high, the quality of carpet and offerings for padding were not that exceptional. The following day, I had contacted National Floors Direct. A few days later, the salesman came to my home and was very courteous. He took his time to understand my needs and concerns. We are very happy with National Floors Direct, and are highly pleased with excellent product and service. Their sales rep was very patient and answered all our questions adequately when we planned out the floor. Communication was very good from start to finish. When the workers came, they helped us prep the area, moved the furniture as promised, cleaned the floor and laid it efficiently. They were professional and courteous, and left the house clean and beautiful.

From start to finish, National Floors delivered exceptional customer service. Scheduling the appointment was effortless, and the salesperson was both knowledgeable and friendly. Working with this company was super easy. I filled out an online questionnaire and in about 5 minutes I received a phone call. I spoke with a customer service rep in regard to setting up a free consultation. The day of the consultation the rep showed up did measurements and showed me numerous options for my floor. From beginning to end the process was a pleasant experience. The sales consultant was professional and did not engage in the hard sell. The installers were punctual and courteous.
