What made this experience so great was first the sales representative Mr. ****** ***** he was excellent. He was very helpful. When it came out to selecting the right type of floor needed for the bedroom then **************** insured that they call to confirm my appointment. Our Sales professional arrived on time and did a nice job going over our options. We discussed budget and timeframe for our project. **** was able to accommodate on both. The installation Team was polite, professional and respectful of our home. We would absolutely used National Floors Direct for our next project.

It started when I called them and was able to immediately get an appointment.The salesman was quick, but also efficient in helping me and my wife choose the flooring we needed to match the rest of our 2nd floor. Especially noteworthy was the explanation of different styles of floors, and domestic vs. International floors.Once we chose it, he worked with us to get us the best deal possible on the job. ****** T.I recently decided to upgrade my kitchen flooring and have new carpet installed on my stairs. I had the same tile for over ten years and felt it was time for a change. I also wanted to replace the carpet on my stairs, which had been there for the same amount of time. I decided to get at least two estimates to compare the available options and prices. Working with National Floors Direct was an extremely positive experience. Within a few days of contacting NFD, ******* came to our home with a trunk full of options. He was helpful and easy to work with; we especially appreciated his honesty as we needed to figure out the right kind of floor for a kitchen that also matched the rest of the style in our home. The Crew that was sent to my home to install the Vinyl Flooring Are Excellent. First reason why , is the timing. I was given a e hour window that the installers would arrive at my house ( 7:30 am to 10:30am ) The morning of the installation I received a phone call at 7:25 am , it was ***** **** the National Floor Direct installation ******* letting me know that he was parked outside my front door and would wait for me to wake up and allow them inside to start their work. Called for a free home estimate. When *** came they were very helpful, explained everything and worked with me to insure the best possible pricing. Next came scheduling. working around my schedule. installation was quick and the team was friendly with attention to detail. Cleaned up and removed all old product.
