Our floors are beautiful and we had such a good experience with National Floors Direct. From the free consult set up to our wonderful salesperson, Brian, everyone was friendly and personal. These guys are great . They asked me a few questions and went straight to work They moved my furniture and ripped up carpet and put wood floors on it's place in 8 hours. Then they cleaned it all up and took everything away. They even swept before they left.
Very impressed with the level of customer service. From the initial meeting with my rep, Thomas, it was smooth and easy. Thomas explained the whole process, and we discussed various flooring options. Install # FL18796 - NFD installed new LVP in my house and my experience was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable. The installers were on-time and extremely courteous. I had the consult on a Monday and the floors were install on Friday and done in one day.
