The installers were fast clean and very polite.. I would definitely be recommending them to freinds and family. Immediately after floor was installed the company called to make sure I was satisfied
National Floors direct did a great job installing carpet in 3 rooms. They matched the price of another vendor, and the sales person was on time and explained everything clearly. The installers came on time and gave me a precise estimate of there time of arrival. They did a great install, everything was beautiful . The only negative I have is that they didn't vacuum up all of the carpet fibers in one of the rooms. NFD gave me a gift card for giving my honest opinion.
I had a great experience with this company! The salesman was very thorough in explaining the different options and answering all of our questions. We met with the sales rep, Drew, from National Floors Direct on August 28th. He was polite, and professional. He brought samples for flooring and carpeting for what we were looking to do. Both the kitchen flooring and the carpeting was scheduled to be installed on the same day September 7th. I received a call a few days before and was told the manufacturer, Shaw, had shipped the incorrect color to their warehouse and would not be able to install the carpeting until the earliest September 17th.
